Of all the reading I did this one slipped past me.  The observation was made by my beautiful wife.  I have 2 raised beds and broccoli growing in 2 of them.  One bed the broccoli is short (healthy) just seems to not be growing, in bed 2 broccoli has potatoes and the plants are 1000x bigger.  Looked up the companion to broccoli and found that potato is highly recommended. So the overall thing I am trying to share is we should be looking into more companion planting and I wanted to share my real world experiences with fellow gardeners.  We have lots of companion planting going on in the garden but this is one I inadvertently had a control and a test, all be it accidental.  Read on and share friends.  http://organicgardening.about.com/od/vegetablesherbs/p/broccolicompanions.htm

I also forgot to mention that there are onions growing on the left side of broccoli also.  Both of them are companions to broccoli.

As you can see I have moved one of the plants to give it more air circulation and room to grow out.  Overview of whole mix garden.

no!  (not without a plugin or something)   Easiest way is host them and embed the links here.

If you want to make a blog article with all the pics, I'll set you up an account.  Then you can link to it from here.
