Michael O'Keefe from Creative by Nature in McKinney gave the Allen Garden Club and informative talk on different types of waterscapes: The theme was "Six Ways to Make a Splash" and have a water feature in your backyard. Pros/cons were discussed of fountains and statuary, pondless waterfalls, use of drilled stones, water gardens and koi ponds and lastly rivers and streams. If this is of interest to you he welcomes visitors to his nursery at 1605 S. McDonald St. McKinney, 75069, as many products are available to suit all budgets. He is a member of the North TX Water Garden Society and his ponds have been featured in the 2011 Tour of Ponds.
