class=\"glsr-review-content\"><div class=\"glsr-tag-value\" data-expanded=\"false\"><p>\u26a0\ufe0fOnline buyers beware!\u26a0\ufe0f<\/p>\n<p>This is not the old Bob Wells Nursery&#8230;it&#8217;s under new ownership, and my experience was nothing like I expected.<\/p>\n<p>I paid nearly $300 for two tiny pawpaw trees that were only about 12 inches tall. Both arrived undersized, stressed, and unhealthy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"glsr-hidden-text\" data-show-less=\"Show less\" data-show-more=\"Show more\" data-trigger=\"expand\">I contacted customer service shortly after they arriv<span class=\"glsr-hidden\">ed, sent photos, and asked about replacements. Instead, I was encouraged to keep trying to save them because they believed the trees would recover.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"glsr-hidden\">After babying them only one recovered.<\/p>\n<p class=\"glsr-hidden\">The KSU Atwood never did.<\/p>\n<p class=\"glsr-hidden\">I continued following their recommendations, hoping the tree would rebound. When it became clear it wasn&#8217;t going to survive, I asked them to stand behind what I believed they had led me to expect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"glsr-hidden\">Instead, they pointed to the warranty timeline and denied the claim. After multiple emails documenting the issue, they stopped responding. When I called, the first representative was extremely rude and hang up on me. I called back and spoke with a gentleman who was professional, but the follow up email was still a flat denial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"glsr-hidden\">Customer service isn&#8217;t tested when everything goes right&#8230;it&#8217;s tested when there&#8217;s a problem. Every tree I have received is large and healthy, and they have a huge selection. I can&#8217;t find trees this big anywhere else for such a great price. They also state that they use organic treatments.
