Title: can't start new topic, can't reply to existing topic, can't post

If the 'new topic' button does not appear when you are viewing a board (see attached picture), then you do not have access to post there.  Here are a few reasons why this might happen:

1- You are not logged in as a user.  (guests can't post)
2- You are trying to post to a board that you don't have post privileges on.  If your post count is under 2, then you can only post in a few of the 'general' boards.  Please introduce yourself in the 'WHO' board, and say hello to a few other people already there.  See this (http://northtexasvegetablegardeners.com/forum/index.php?topic=10.0) post for more info.
3- I have managed to mess up the privileges or account settings somehow.  You may email me at [my first name]@briangallimore.com.  Please include a screenshot of what you are looking at to help me understand the problem.
