Title: Hello from South Texas!
Post by: sbhoward on June 10, 2011, 08:45:25 PM

Hi from New Braunfels, TX.  Not in the North, but Brian Gallimore from here has posted so many nice things on my blog about the podcast I had to come and visit.

I attempt to raise all my own food in my backyard, and fear the current commercial food system.

I produce 3 podcasts with the main one being about Growing Your Own Food.   Not posting the link here as I came to meet new friends,  not look like a spammer.

Hi Brian!

Steve, great to hear from you!

I guess the line between self-promotion and spam can get blurry, but I think promoting your work is a good idea.  Especially in a forum like this, where the readers are already interested in gardening.  I posted  links to Growing Your Grub podcast  (http://northtexasvegetablegardeners.com/forum/index.php?topic=234.0) when I learned about it a while back.
