Greetings from Tony Manasseri and my wife, Mary Ann Lynch.  We are long time organic gardeners on our 13 acre farm in McKinney.  We don't sell to the public, we are mostly homesteaders, raising and eating our own food.  We have dairy goats that we milk 2x day, egg layers, Royal Palm turkeys, broiler chickens (spring only) and livestock guardian dogs.  We preserve our fruits, vegetables and pecans grown on our property.  What we don't produce we try to purchase locally.  Our diet is mostly Paleo.
Our farm is scheduled to be on the TOFGA tour, either the 16th, 17th or 18th of Feb.
