If you registered for an account and have not received the activation email, a few things are possible:
1- I haven't got to the task of approving your request yet.
2- I might have thought your account looked like it was from a spammer or robot and deleted / banned the account.
3- The email you provided didn't work, or your activation email wound up in your spam filter.
