My husband and i own a 2600 acre ranch near Bogata. We raise beef cattle and pine trees. We've been here 24 years, raised 4 kids and are now empty nester.
We filled in our huge pool with dirt and turned it into a garden. I've always gardened, but now i'm focusing on trying to grow most of what we eat. I've gotten into canning and freezing, love to talk cooking also. I have quite a few youtubes demonstrating a pressure cooker, not sure why more people dont cook this way.
