The North Texas Vegetable Gardening website is an online community and meeting place for small-scale food producers and hobby vegetable gardeners living in or near the DFW metroplex. Using ‘open source’ style sharing of knowledge, helping and learning with others living near you, and continuously building on that knowledge in the effort to help each person who visits the community looking to learn more about backyard vegetable gardening. Our goal is to promote vegetable gardening and encourage more people to grow some of their own food.
